Dilys focuses on instrumental music from all genres for the first hour of her two-hour programme called Dee's Delights. Dilys says while the voice is an instrument in its own right, it's nice to strip back songs and let the music do the talking. Dilys will delve in to various instruments and their origins, and instruments she can't even pronounce! The second hour of her show is an anything goes hour and, again, from all genres, from chill out easy listening to toe-tapping and hip-swinging tunes.

Animal Welfare is important to Dilys, and she spends some of her free time as a volunteer with Search and Scan, searching for missing cats and dogs, patiently waiting for sightings and sometimes going out at crazy o'clock to trap and reunite these much loved pets. In some cases, rescuing strays who have lived rough or have been abandoned and are in need of rescuing. You may see her locally with her microchip scanner in hand! Dilys also volunteers with Cats In Distress, visiting once a week to do the evening feed, clean litter trays and have lots of cuddles with cats who have arrived from various circumstances. Dilys is married and has three cats.
